Available all year round, but often favoured for short breaks, our converted Bothies are ideal for two to three people, with a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. Cosy and well-appointed, they share their own fantastic private walled garden with picnic tables and room for your own barbeques.

Originally our potting shed, Crock Boys is now a beautiful Bothy for your lake district adventure. Located in the original walled garden.

Had a wonderful stay at the Patterdale Estate Cabin! The cabin was cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly situated amidst stunning scenery. The peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views made it an ideal getaway. Communication with the host was seamless, and everything was as described. Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility and a touch of nature!
