Job Purpose & Description
The role entails cleaning of properties during changeovers, ahead of the next guest's arrival. During shifts without changeovers the role will be involved in some wider site duties. You will be working as part of a small, supportive team.
Additionally, it is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours as working hours could include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The Estate is situated in Patterdale, 1 miles south of Glenridding. The Estate is owned by YMCA North Tyneside, a charity that works to transform the lives of young people in the North East. Surplus (profit) from the Estate’s business goes to support YMCA North Tyneside’s charitable work.
The Estate is perfectly located to explore the best of what the Lake District has to offer and we are surrounded by a variety of walks and fantastic views that you can enjoy before or after your working day or on your days off.

General Information
It is in the nature of the work at YMCA North Tyneside that tasks and responsibilities are in many circumstances unpredictable and varied, therefore, this job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities but is intended to reflect a range of duties the post-holder will perform in line with their remuneration.
