Hospitality Supervisor
We are searching for a self starting highly motivated individual to join our Patterdale team as Hospitality Supervisor. You will work with the Hospitality Manager and will support a team who deliver outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

Job Purpose & Description

You will take responsibility for ensuring consistent high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are kept and delivery of efficient and smooth operations through effective leadership and management of the housekeeping team. You will also be responsible for ensuring all housekeeping duties are completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard, for the maximum satisfaction and experience of our guests.

We are looking for a team player who is able to pitch in and support colleagues and other areas of the estate when needed and contribute to and deliver high standards of customer service at all times to our visitors. We would love someone who has a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude as you may often find yourself supporting other areas of The Estate as and when required. This could be helping customers with general queries, taking photos to share on social media and providing feedback to ensure we continuously improve.

It is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours as working hours will include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
