Patterdale Hall Estate situated in Patterdale, 1 mile south of Glenridding is looking for a Head Housekeeper to join the team on a 22.5 hour contract. Patterdale Hall Estate is owned by YMCA North Tyneside, a charity that works to transform the lives of young people. Any profit from the Estate’s business goes into supporting our charitable work. We are looking for a self-starting highly motivated individual to join our team as Head Housekeeper.
The post holder will support the Operational Manager and will take responsibility for ensuring consistently high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are kept throughout the Estate and delivery of a smooth operation. They are responsible for the effective management of all housekeeping staff to ensure all housekeeping duties are completed in a timely manner and to a high quality, for the maximum satisfaction and experience of Patterdale Hall Estate guests.
Additionally, it is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours as working hours could include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holiday. Our mission is to create a community where everyone is healthy, happy and connected.
